CNC stud welding machine V 10022525 (working area: 1000 x 2250 x 250 mm) with four automatic welding heads and eight automatic stud feeders

(24/02/2026) The machine V 10022525 is equipped with four KHA-200F automatic stud welding heads with integrated position measuring system, four PRO-C 1500 stud welding units and eight VBZ automatic stud feeders.

Each welding head is equipped with two VBZ units and a stud switch. Each automatic stud welding head has a fluid spray system to ensure high weld quality.

As with all our CNC stud welding machines, the entire working area is accessible through each welding head. The machine has a stable, welded frame with 24 ceramic stop pins on the X and Y axes. The axes are driven by dynamic servo motors. The 250 mm servo-driven Z-axis enables welding on different levels and the processing of various stud lengths without prior retooling. For easy loading of large and heavy sheets, the machine is equipped with pneumatically lowerable ball casters.

A three-sided light curtain and a one-sided safety fence are used to secure the working area, ensuring excellent accessibility and quick loading. Thanks to our PRO-STUD operating software (including DXF data converter), monitor, keyboard, and mouse, the machine is extremely easy to operate, even for inexperienced users.
