Customer specific CNC stud welding machine with extractable special workpiece holder

Through the extractable workpiece holder, which is guided on a precision slide, the handling of the heavy and bulky workpieces is facilitated. It is manually adjustable to three different heat exchanger types. The stud welding unit PRO-C 1000 with welding parameter memory enables the quality control of the conducted welds. It stores the parameter sets of 24500 welds and has an interface to transfer the data to a PC for archiving and evaluating.
