New adapter box PRO-SPLIT for the operation of multiple stud welding guns on one stud welding unit

The box allows to store different adjustment values on the stud welding unit for each connected gun. When a gun is used the previously stored values for this gun are automatically set up.

Therefore time-consuming retooling (e.g. for different stud diameters, different welding elements) can be avoided. Moreover, it is possible to increase the throughput by using several welders.

The PRO-SPLIT supports all stud welding methods. It can be used with all PRO-D series (welding method: drawn arc and short cycle) and PRO-C series (welding method: capacitor discharge) stud welding units.
