Merger of SB Produktion GmbH with Bolte GmbH on July 1, 2021

(01/07/2021) Since 2014 we produce shear connectors, welding studs and miscellaneous cold formed parts on modern multi-stage and double-pressure presses in our subsidiary SB Produktion GmbH.

In order to ensure a consistent market presence, further improve the utilization of synergies and to simplify internal organizational processes SB Produktion GmbH is now merged with Bolte GmbH on July 1, 2021.

As a result of the merger only the company data (name, VAT-ID-No., tax number, commercial register) change. For the cooperation with customers and suppliers there will be no changes:

• The known contact persons will remain at your disposal.
• The location Gevelsberg remains as production location.
• All agreed conditions with customers and suppliers will be taken over unchanged.
• For all existing contracts of SB Produktion GmbH Bolte GmbH is the legal successor.
