Inverter technology has led to fundamental improvements in stud welding: It enables precise, fast current control, operates significantly more energy-efficiently, and the devices are more compact and lighter than transformer-controlled devices with thyristor control.

Lower material consumption, less cooling requirements, and lower power consumption contribute to sustainability. Even with short welding times, inverter technology delivers stable results – ideal for modern, flexible applications.
